Mission Foods Returns as Title Sponsor of AMA Flat Track Grand Championship

Enters second year of three-year title sponsorship supporting amateur flat track racing

PICKERINGTON, Ohio (February 28, 2023) — Mission Foods, the world’s leading manufacturer of tortillas, wraps and tortilla chips, and a top supporter of motorcycle racing, will return for the second year in a row as the title sponsor of the 2023 AMA Flat Track Grand Championship (FTGC), which will take place at Du Quoin State Fairgrounds in Du Quoin, Ill., June 14-20.

The Mission Foods AMA Flat Track Grand Championship has served as the premier amateur flat track event since the mid-1970s and is the only race in the country where you can earn an AMA National No. 1 plate in amateur flat track racing.

Throughout the past few years, Mission Foods has passionately supported motorsports of all types, specifically backing flat track racing and riders at both the amateur and pro levels. Mission Foods CEO Juan Gonzalez, a motorcycle enthusiast and ex-racer, has been key in the company’s commitment to supporting motorcycle racing at every level.
