Trio of Zack Decker, Joel Hetrick and Max Lindquist display unparalleled dominance en route to the championship

PICKERINGTON, Ohio (Sept. 29, 2026) — American dominance in ATV motocross was on display at the 2026 FIM QuadCross of Nations, as the AMA U.S. ATV Motocross Team swept all three motos to cruise to its seventh FIM QuadCross of Nations title since 2017.

Running Sept. 26-27 in Dardon, France, the FIM QuadCross of Nations brings together the most accomplished ATV motocross racers in the world for a competition with international bragging rights on the line. Representing the United States was the trio of Zack Decker, Joel Hetrick and Max Lindquist, who all secured at least one win in motos to lead the Americans back to the top of the podium at the event.

Lindquist earned the top spot in the individual rider standings with a 2-1 result in motos, while Hetrick (1-2) and Decker (1-2) followed in second and third place, respectively.

“We are proud of the accomplishments of Zack, Joel and Max, all of whom played a role in reclaiming the championship on behalf of the United States,” AMA Director of Racing Mike Pelletier said. “Their collective skill and determination to return to the top of the podium was the driving factor in this championship, and I am grateful for their willingness to represent their country at the highest level of competition.”

The United States tallied only seven points during the event, clearing second-place Norway (39) by 32 points and third-place France (41) by 34. The Americans have dominated this event, winning seven of the last nine FIM QuadCross of Nations since 2017, including a second-place finish in 2025.
