New Indian Roadmaster Limited offers touring comfort and style

For riders looking for a decked-out 2021 touring rig, Indian Motorcycle may have just what they’re looking for with its new Roadmaster Limited.

The Roadmaster Limited is powered by Indian Motorcycle’s air-cooled Thunderstroke 116 engine that produces 126-foot pounds of torque.

Plus, you can choose between three ride modes with this machine: Tour, Standard and Sport. Indian says that its Rear Cylinder Deactivation automatically shuts off the rear cylinder when the bike is stopped for enhanced comfort in slow-moving traffic.

Other features include gloss paint, chrome finishes, a modern fairing design, open front fender, Metzeler Cruisetec tires, lower fairings with adjustable airflow vents, heated grips and a push-button adjustable windshield.

Also, the bike has saddlebags and a trunk that lock remotely and have with more than 37 gallons of combined storage, adjustable passenger floorboards, ABS, cruise control, keyless ignition, tire pressure monitoring and full LED lighting.

Want a heated and cooled seat? The Roadmaster Limited has that, too. Indian says the ClimaCommand seat allows riders to adjust heating and cooling directly through the Ride Command infotainment system on select 2020 and 2021 models, “offering riders a new, and easy way to manage comfort while on the road.

“With a low, medium, or high setting, the thermoelectric technology is used to independently cool or heat the rider and passenger seat, while a flexible graphene material allows the heating or cooling to disperse through the entire surface area of the seat,” Indian says. “The non-perforated seat is 100 percent water resistant and highly durable.”

The bike’s 7-inch viewing screen features Apple CarPlay integration, turn-by-turn navigation, Bluetooth connectivity, traffic and weather connectivity and controls for the ClimaCommand heated/cooled seat.

High-output speakers in the fairing and trunk deliver 200 watts of audio. It also sports a dynamic equalizer that automatically adjusts for road, wind and engine noise.
