Kristi Harden with AARE announces Generous Giving Program

Realtor joins AMA to promote AARE fundraising program for AMA Motorcycle Hall Of Fame museum

PICKERINGTON, Ohio — Kristi Harden, a Southern California Realtor, has launched a Generous Giving Program in cooperation with real estate company AARE and the AMA Motorcycle Hall of Fame museum.

The AARE Generous Giving Program donates a portion of real estate sales commissions to the American Motorcycle Heritage Foundation, the 501(c)(3) nonprofit established by the AMA to raise money for the AMA Motorcycle Hall of Fame. Those funds, in turn, support the Hall of Fame’s purpose to collect, record, preserve and honor the rich history of motorcycling in America.

Kristi Harden can be reached at Kristi@KristiHardenRealEstate.com or (951) 704-6370.

Generous Giving is an innovative program from AARE through which the company generates significant financial contributions to support charities and their ongoing work in the United States and throughout the world.

“I’m very excited about this program and its ability to positively impact the AMA Hall of Fame Museum,” Harden said. “I know firsthand how important it is to support the mission of the AMA Motorcycle Hall of Fame, not only as a motorcycle enthusiast myself, but also because my husband, Scot Harden, and brother, Jack Johnson, are members of the Hall of Fame.

“I realized the Generous Giving Program I am already associated with through AARE could really make a difference. It’s very simple, by using one of our highly qualified, real estate professionals to assist in the sale of any residential or commercial property, AARE will donate a portion of the proceeds to the AMA Motorcycle Hall of Fame museum,” she explained. “This donation in no way impacts the proceeds from the sale for the buyer or seller, and the sums can be significant.”

How does it work?

Anyone buying, selling or leasing property anywhere in the United States, whether residential or commercial, who wants the transaction to support a charity of his or her choice can contact Harden. If the individual and the charity choose to work with AARE, when the transaction closes, a percentage from AARE’s commission will be donated to the charity. The donation comes from AARE’s commission, so there is not cost to participating clients.

“The AMA Motorcycle Hall of Fame strengthens the future of motorcycling by honoring the great riders, ambassadors, industry leaders and rights advocates who came before,” said AMA Chief Operations Officer Jeff Massey. “Support from companies, such as AARE, is necessary for the Hall of Fame to continue its work, both through the museum itself and events that celebrate our Hall of Famers.

“While neither the AMA nor the AMHF may endorse or promote real estate brokerage services, we graciously welcome the support of Kristi Harden and AARE,” Massey said. “This program is a generous, turnkey way for potential donors and supporters to supplement the fundraising efforts of the foundation.”

Only donations from participating sales generate funds for the charity. AARE is a real estate company that seeks opportunities to support charities. To that end, AARE has developed this program to encourage generosity. Clients, real estate agents, homeowners, donors, nonprofits, churches and businesses can participate in the program.
