Husqvarna Motorcycles has announced that its 2022 street lineup, including the Vitpilen 401 and Svartpilen 401, are now available at dealerships, while the 701 Supermoto will be available in May.
Enhancing their unmistakable aesthetic, the Svartpilen 401 and Vitpilen 401 both boast new graphics for 2022, and join in with dealership availability of the recently launched Norden 901.
“The new graphics of the Vitpilen and Svartpilen models enhance their stunning appearance and reflect the progressive mix of modern thinking and classic design informed by the brand’s Swedish heritage,” Husqvarna Motorcycles said in a press release.
The Svartpilen 401 is powered by a 373cc, single-cylinder engine and has a steel trellis frame, low weight and high-performance WP APEX suspension. It also includudes ByBre brakes and Bosch ABS for controlled stopping, Easy Shift technology that allows for clutchless gear changes, and Pirelli Scorpion Rally STR tires that provide exceptional grip in a variety of conditions.
The Vitpilen 401 shares the Svartpilen 401’s 373cc engine. A dynamic chassis, easy ergonomics and low weight make for an engaging ride, while the WP APEX suspension guarantees instant rider feedback. The Vitpilen 401 also benefits from ByBre brakes and Bosch ABS, as well as Easy Shift for clutchless gear changes.
Meanwhile, the highly anticipated Norden 901 adventure bike has finally hit dealer floors.
“The Norden 901 delivers the ideal blend between off-road capability and world-traveler rideability,” the company said.
Sprung with adjustable WP APEX suspension and powered by an 889cc parallel twin with a five-gallon fuel tank, this motorcycle is meant to make the longest riding days rewarding, whether on- or off-road.
