Starting in August, aspiring motocross racers will have a new machine to contend with — or dominate with — out on the track.
In a July 26 press release, KTM introduced the 2023 KTM 50 SX Factory Edition bike, which will be available on KTM dealer floors beginning in August. First presented at the AMA Amateur National Motocross Championship at Loretta Lynn’s Ranch, the bike is designed to help young riders excel now and into the future on a bike that gives a taste of factory performance.
The KTM 50 SX Factory Edition has a full FMF exhaust system, CNC machined aluminum clutch and ignition covers, race-derived gearing, jetting, and clutch configuration, premium Dunlop Geomax MX 53 tires, and a special gripper seat.
Additionally, the machine has WP XACT suspension with AER technology, high-end Formula brakes paired with waved discs, NEKEN tapered bars and ODI grips, black-anodized aluminum rims as standards, and a 50-cc engine with an adjustable centrifugal clutch.
With a wealth of advantageous features, the KTM 50 SX Factory Edition has all the tools to be staple at every race.
