The 12 Days of Christmas Giveaway includes twelve (12) individual prizes for twelve (12) different winners.

The 12 Days of Christmas Giveaway begins on December 5th-20th,  at 9 a.m. EST. To enter, participants need to complete the Giveaway Submission Form.

There is no cost to enter the 12 Days of Christmas Giveaway, and no purchase is required to win.

To be entered for the 12 Days of Christmas Giveaway, the participant must complete the steps by 11:59 p.m. EST on December 20th, 2024.

Twelve (12) winners will be randomly selected for the 12 Days of Christmas and will be notified through email or phone number provided on Giveaway Submission Form. Winners must confirm shipping address with the American Motorcyclist Association team within one (1) week. If he or she is found to be ineligible, or he or she does not comply with these rules, such winner(s) will be disqualified and, if applicable, an alternate winner(s) will be selected. After selection and verification, the AMA will ship the prize.

No purchase necessary. The 12 Days of Christmas Giveaway is open to individuals who are residents of the United States and 18 years of age or older. American Motorcyclist Association (“AMA”) membership is not required for entry.  Employees of the American Motorcyclist Association, the American Motorcycle Heritage Foundation (the “AMHF”), their respective Boards of Directors, and members of each of their immediate families are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received.

Winner agrees to accept prize as is. The AMA is not responsible for any damage occurred during the shipping process. The AMA will not provide a warranty or a guarantee with regards to any prize.

The winners by acceptance of the prize agree to release the AMA and its officers, directors, agents, shareholders, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and employees from any responsibility or liability in connection with any loss, accident, or death incurred in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of any prize. The AMA does not make, nor is responsible for, a warranty or a guarantee with regards to any prize, including but not limited to a warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The AMA reserves the right to amend, revise, and interpret these rules as it sees fit.
