Racing

Since the AMA was established in 1924, sanctioning motorcycle racing has been a core function, with the organization now one of the largest amateur motorsports sanctioning bodies in the world.

An AMA membership is your license to race in thousands of local, regional and national events across the U.S. in disciplines as diverse as motocross, enduro, flat track, road racing and even specialty events like land speed and ice racing, hill climbs and more. Whether you’re a weekend warrior or an up-and-comer ready to race for a coveted AMA No. 1 plate, you’ll find an AMA event to fit your desires
