Are you ready to take your ride leadership skills to the next level, and gain the requisite knowledge required to lead an AMA-sanctioned road riding event?

The American Motorcyclist Association developed this Road Captain Workshop exclusively for AMA members who want to lead group road rides more successfully and safely.  

Typically offered in the spring and fall of each year at the AMA Motorcycle Hall of Fame in Pickerington, Ohio (and occasionally at other locations), this workshop averages two hours in length and covers topics ranging from route planning, paperwork, emergency preparedness and response, hand signals, actions during the ride, and more. Note: this workshop is not a certification, but rather a forum to share best practices and ideas.
