2024 AMA Member Sweepstakes Rules

One (1) SSR Motorsports SR300S Dirt Bike with an estimated value of $4,599.00 will be given away to one (1) winner. Drawing will be held in January 2025.

Each annual prize will be given away to one winner. Annual prizes include: one (1) Motool Slacker and Street Kit including the Slacker V5, Slacker Wireless Remote and Slacker Ballistic Nylon Case with an estimated value of $254.97, one (1) Aerostich R3 Tactical One Piece Suit with an estimated value of $1,427.00, one (1) Cardo Systems Packtalk Edge with an estimated value of $389.95, one (1) MX Mounts MX I with an estimated value of $$109.00, and one (1) ASV Holiday Dirt Pro Pack or Holiday Street Pro Pack and Set of 3 Y-Handle Socket Tools with an estimated value of $275.00.

Quarterly prizes include: one (1) Bohn Armor Pant and Shirt Set with an estimated value of $400.00, one (1) Strider Bikes Strider Sport with an estimated value of $139.99, and one (1) ASV Set of F4 Dirt or F3 Street Levers with an estimated value of $110.00. All winners will be selected quarterly in April, July, October 2024 and January 2025 for a total of twelve (12) winners.

One (1) Motion Pro: Pro Fill Air Chuck with an estimated value of $39.99 will be given away to one (1) monthly winner, one (1) Set of 3 Mimi and Moto Children’s Books with an estimated value of $44.97 will be given away to one (1) monthly winner, one (1) Warm and Safe 12V USB Adapter with an estimated value of $19.95 will be given away to one (1) monthly winner, one (1) Nelson-Rigg: Defender Extreme Motorcycle Cover with an estimated value of $109.95 will be given away to one (1) monthly winner, one (1) Bohn Armor Skull Cap with an estimated value of $15.99 will be given away to one (1) monthly winner, one (1) Quin Spitfire Helmet of Choice with an estimated value of $429.00 will be given away to one (1) monthly winner, one (1) Butler Motorcycle Maps BDR or G1 Map with an estimated value of $19.95 will be given away to one (1) monthly winner, one (1) ASV Set of 3 Y-Handle Socket Tools with an estimated value of $20.00 will be given away to one (1) monthly winner, and one (1) AMA Gear T-Shirt with an estimated value of $25.00 will be given away to five (5) winners monthly.

Those who join as a new AMA member or renew their AMA membership between January 1, 2024 and December 31, 2024, will receive one (1) automatic entry in the Grand Prize and Annual Prize sweepstakes; additional automatic entries may be provided to those responding to select promotions at the sole discretion of AMA. Those who join as a new AMA member or renew their AMA membership between January 1, 2024 and December 31, 2024, will receive one (1) automatic entry in the Monthly Prize sweepstakes for the respective month in which they join or renew. Those who join as a new AMA member or renew their AMA membership between January 1, 2024 and December 31, 2024, will receive one (1) automatic entry in the Quarterly Prize sweepstakes for the respective quarter in which they join or renew. An official mail-in entry form may be obtained free of charge by mailing a self-addressed stamped envelope to: 2024 AMA MEMBER SWEEPSTAKES, 13515 Yarmouth Drive, Pickerington, OH 43147; one mail-in entry per person. Return the completed mail-in entry form to: 2024 AMA MEMBER SWEEPSTAKES, 13515 Yarmouth Drive, Pickerington, OH 43147. Only a valid, official mail-in entry form will be accepted (no duplicates or photocopies). All mail-in entries must be received no later than December 31, 2024. Neither the AMA, nor any of its employees or affiliates assumes any liability for lost or misdirected entries or entries that are not received by the deadline. By returning the official mail-in entry form, properly completed, you will be entered in the Grand Prize sweepstakes, as well as the Annual Prize, Monthly Prize sweepstakes correlating to the month and the Quarterly Prize sweepstakes correlating to the quarter in which your mail-in entry was received and will be deemed to have agreed to abide by these rules.

One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing to be conducted in January 2025. Five (5) Annual Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted in January 2025. Three (3) Quarterly Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted in April, July, October 2024 and January 2025. Nine (9) Monthly Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted each month for the previous month’s eligible members in 2024 and in January 2025. All prizes will be awarded. The winners will be notified by telephone and/or email. All prize winners will be required to sign a statement of eligibility and release. If the prize winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been made, or he or she is found to be ineligible, or he or she does not comply with these rules, such prize winner will be disqualified and, if applicable, an alternate prize winner may be selected. By entering this drawing, all winners shall be deemed to have given the AMA, or anyone it chooses, the unlimited right and license to use the winner’s name, likeness and photograph for publicity purposes in all media, worldwide, and without further compensation. No substitution of prizes or cash equivalents is permitted at the election of the winners. The AMA shall have the right to make prize substitutions at its discretion, in which case an alternate prize shall be awarded at the discretion of the AMA.

No purchase necessary. The sweepstakes is open to individuals who are residents of the United States and 18 years of age or older. American Motorcyclist Association (“AMA”) membership is not required for entry in the 2024 AMA MEMBER SWEEPSTAKES. Employees of the AMA, the American Motorcycle Heritage Foundation (the “AMHF”), their respective Boards of Directors, and members of each of their immediate families are not eligible. Members who are unable to receive sweepstakes prizes for reasons of incarceration, extended travel, relocation, or any reason determined by the AMA to preclude prize delivery are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received.

Grand Prize must be claimed or redeemed by December 31, 2025. The Grand Prize winner shall bear the sole responsibility for transporting the Grand Prize to their location. The Annual, Monthly and Quarterly Prizes will be sent to the winner by the AMA or the sponsoring partner. All federal, state and local taxes, laws and regulations apply, and winner shall bear sole responsibility for paying any applicable taxes which he/she owes at time of receipt. Grand Prize winners shall be provided with a Form 1099 tax document for the retail value of the Grand Prize.

The winners by acceptance of the Annual, Quarterly and/or Monthly Prize, agrees to release the AMA and its officers, directors, agents, shareholders, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and employees from any responsibility or liability in connection with any loss, accident, or death incurred in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of any prize. The AMA does not make, nor is responsible for, a warranty or a guarantee with regards to any prize, including but not limited to a warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The AMA reserves the right to amend, revise, and interpret these rules as it sees fit.
