2024 Beta AMA National Dual-Sport Series Sweepstakes
GRAND PRIZE. One (1) 2024 Beta Motorcycle; Estimated Retail Value to be determined.
HOW TO ENTER. Individuals will receive one (1) automatic entry in the sweepstakes for each 2024 Beta AMA National Dual-Sport Series event in which they register and attend. An official mail-in entry may be obtained free of charge by mailing a self-addressed stamped envelope to: 2024 Beta AMA National Dual-Sport Series Sweepstakes, 13515 Yarmouth Drive, Pickerington, OH 43147; one mail-in entry per person. Return the completed mail-in entry to: 2024 Beta AMA National Dual-Sport Series, 13515 Yarmouth Drive, Pickerington, OH 43147. Only a valid, official mail-in entry will be accepted (no duplicates or photocopies). The sweepstakes begins January 1, 2024, and ends November 30, 2024. All mail-in entries must be received no later than November 30, 2024. Neither the AMA, nor any of its employees or affiliates assumes any liability for lost or misdirected entries or entries that are not received by the deadline. By returning the official mail-in entry form, properly completed, you will be entered in the drawing, and will be deemed to have agreed to abide by these rules.
WINNER SELECTION AND VERIFICATION. One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing to be conducted in January 2024. All prizes will be awarded. The winner will be notified by telephone. Winner will be required to sign a statement of eligibility and release. If the winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been made, or he or she is found to be ineligible, or he or she does not comply with these rules, such winner will be disqualified and, if applicable, an alternate winner may be selected. By entering this drawing, the winner shall be deemed to have given the AMA, or anyone it chooses, the unlimited right and license to use the winner’s name, likeness and photograph for publicity purposes in all media, worldwide, and without further compensation. No substitution of prizes or cash equivalents is permitted at the election of the winner. The AMA shall have the right to make prize substitutions at its discretion, in which case an alternate prize shall be awarded at the discretion of the AMA.
ELIGIBILITY. No purchase necessary. The sweepstakes is open to individuals who are residents of the United States and 18 years of age or older. American Motorcyclist Association (“AMA”) membership is not required for entry in the 2024 Beta AMA National Dual-Sport Series. Employees of the AMA and the American Motorcycle Heritage Foundation (the “AMHF”), their respective Boards of Directors, and members of each of their immediate families are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
ODDS. Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received.
ACCEPTANCE OF PRIZES. Grand Prize must be claimed or redeemed by December 31, 2024. The winner shall bear sole responsibility for transporting the Grand Prize to their location. All federal, state and local taxes, laws and regulations apply, and winner shall bear sole responsibility for paying any applicable taxes which he/she owes at time of receipt of Grand Prize. Winner shall be provided with a Form 1099 IRS tax document for the retail value of the Grand Prize.
GENERAL CONDITIONS / RELEASE. The winner, by acceptance of the Grand Prize, agrees to release the AMA, its officers, directors, agents, shareholders, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and employees from any responsibility or liability in connection with any loss, accident, or death incurred in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of any prize. The AMA does not make, nor is responsible for, a warranty or a guarantee with regards to any prize, including but not limited to a warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The AMA reserves the right to amend, revise, and interpret these rules as it sees fit.
