American Motorcyclist — in new digital format — is free, this month only!

It’s true. The reimagined and reinvigorated American Motorcyclist — America’s largest-circulation monthly magazine — is now available in a digital, flipbook-style format in addition to the conventional print version (which isn’t going anywhere). And to promote the newly-crafted April issue, which features the legendary Hall of Famer Malcolm Smith, the AMA is offering the digital version of the April edition free to the general public!

The April edition is unlike any issue of American Motorcyclist you’ve ever seen, with a renewed focus on storytelling, history, legends, racing, current events and the AMA’s good works — and it’s right here, right now!

American Motorcyclist Malcolm Smith

Headlining the issue is a very personal and intimate look at AMA Hall of Famer Malcolm Smith, who turned 80 earlier this month and who’s battling a host of physical challenges. Despite that, Ol’ Malcolm is keeping his chin up and fighting the good fight. The story is by AMA Editorial Director Mitch Boehm, who also happens to have co-written Malcolm’s acclaimed autobiography, titled Malcolm! The Autobiography, so you know you’re not going to read a story like this anywhere else.

American Motorcyclist Harley Davidson

The issue also contains features on the High Voltage AMA Ice Racing Grand Championships, Harley-Davidson’s new Pan America 1250 adventure tourer, Strider Bikes’ effort to put kids back on two wheels (as we all were back in the ’60s, ’70s and ’80s), Montana’s new law allowing lane-sharing on its highways and byways, and a whole lot more.
