Congress Minutes
AMA-sanctioned amateur competition is governed by the AMA Amateur Competition Rulebook. The AMA Amateur Competition Rulebook has been published since the AMA's founding in 1924 and defines nearly all types of motorcycle competition. It is reviewed and modified annually by AMA Congress, an elected body of delegates representing AMA Districts around the country.
