  • 2015 WMX Championship schedule and rules announced on brand new RaceWMX.com website

    MX Sports Pro Racing, along with the AMA and participating race organizers, announced today the 2015 Women's Motocross (WMX) Championship schedule and supplemental rules. The eight round WMX series begins in March with three of the nation's premier amateur motocross events before making its highly anticipated return to the Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship weekend with five rounds taking place one day apart from a Pro Motocross National.

  • Geoff Aaron signs with Gas Gas Motos North America to race GEICO Endurocross series

    In addition to racing, Geoff Aaron's company Extreme Riding Entertainment Inc. (ERE) has signed on to manage promotions for the Gas Gas brand on the west coast. ERE will also operate the Endurocross racing team and continue to promote the popular Red Bull Trials shows with Gas Gas machinery.

  • Roczen wins Monster Energy Supercross season opener in Anaheim for second straight season

    The first race of the 2015 Monster Energy AMA Supercross, an FIM World Championship, took place on Saturday with a fifth consecutive sellout of 45,050 fans at Angel Stadium. The 450SX Class Main Event ultimately proved to be a showcase of dominance for RCH Soaring Eagle/Jimmy John's Suzuki's Ken Roczen, who led every lap en route to his second straight win at the Anaheim opener. Troy Lee Designs/Lucas Oil KTM's Jessy Nelson broke through for his first victory in the first Western Regional 250SX Class Main Event of the season.

  • Gate spots added in select classes at 2015 RCSX

    Gate spots have been added to two select classes previously sold out for the 2015 Ricky Carmichael Daytona Amateur Supercross. Twenty-six (26) gate spots were added today in 51cc (4-8) Open and Mini Sr. 1 (12-13). Do not delay if you plan on competing in any of the 34 classes as many are nearly sold out.

  • AMA announces rule updates for MotoAmerica 2015

    The AMA and MotoAmerica, the new home of the AMA Superbike Series, have announced updates to the rulebook for MotoAmerica, an AMA national championship series and an FIM North America championship. The changes include adding weight to motorcycles in the Superstock 1000 class and a change to the spare-motorcycle requirement in the Supersport class.
