    On Sunday Nov. 2, 2014, the motocross community lost an important pillar with the passing of Peg Robinson, co-founder of the legendary Unadilla Valley Sports Center in New Berlin, New York. On behalf of the Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship, MX Sports Pro Racing and the National Promoter's Group (NPG) extend their deepest condolences to the Robinson family during this difficult time.

    Day 2 of the FIM International Six Days Enduro being held near San Juan, Argentina, saw the U.S. World Trophy Team drop two places from its day 1 second-place position. The U.S. riders now sit in fourth place behind France, Australia and Spain.

    The Wayne National Forest in Ohio is waiving its trail fees over the Veterans Day holiday weekend, Nov. 8-11. The fee waivers are offered in cooperation with other federal agencies under the Federal Lands Recreation Enhancement Act. This fee waiver applies to trail use only.

    At the end of day 1 of the Argentina International Six Days Enduro, the U.S. World Trophy Team found itself in second place behind perennial ISDE powerhouse France. The U.S. team trailed the French team by 1 minute, 20 seconds.

I am an AMA Life Member and remembered seeing an ad for SoCal Motorcycle Tours in this magazine. I called the number and within seconds I was on the phone with Tim Rambo, tour leader, and on my way to what turned out to be a fantastic day.
