  • Sutherlin earns first career National Hare & Hound victory

    FMF KTM Factory Support rider Gary Sutherlin took his first career victory at the opening round of the AMA National Hare & Hound Series while his teammate Ivan Ramirez came from behind to also place on the podium in third position.

  • Tiebreaker gives Kyle Regal first overall victory of 2015 on final night of AMSOIL Arenacross in Colorado Springs

    In another compelling night of competition in which a tiebreaker was needed to determine a winner for the second straight evening, Husqvarna TiLUBE TUF Racing's Kyle Regal broke through for his first overall victory of the season in the Arenacross Class, edging out ThermoTec Yamaha's Bobby Kiniry. In the conclusion of the opening round of the Western Regional Arenacross Lites Class Championship, Motosport.com/Haeseker Racing KTM's Daniel Blair extended his points lead with his first win of the season.

  • Jacob Hayes needs tiebreaker to claim overall win on night one of AMSOIL Arenacross in Colorado Springs

    The opening night of the debut of AMSOIL Arenacross, featuring Ricky Carmichael's Road to Supercross, inside Broadmoor World Arena was so action-packed and closely contested that a tiebreaker was needed to determine the overall winner. After a pair of thrilling Main Events, Team Babbitt's Monster Energy Kawasaki's Jacob Hayes relied on his victory in the final race of the night to edge out Husqvarna TiLUBE TUF Racing's Gavin Faith in the Arenacross Class. In the opening night of the Western Regional Arenacross Lites Class Championship, it was A&Y Racing Honda's Daniel Herrlein who grabbed the spotlight.

One of those hopefuls is 16-year-old Dawson Newby, from Eaton, Colorado. For the 2015 season his dream came true when he signed with Team Faith to go bar-to-bar against the fastest arenacross riders on the planet.   • Loretta Lynn's AMA National Champions recognized at 2014 AMA Championship Banquet

    Over the weekend, top racers from the Rocky Mountain ATV/MC AMA Amateur National Motocross Championship presented by AMSOIL, were in attendance for the AMA Championship Banquet in Columbus, Ohio. In addition to awarding Loretta Lynn's Champions their 2014 AMA National No. 1 plates, the American Motorcyclist Association also recognized the season's best organizers and announced the 2014 AMA Athletes of the Year.

  • California motorcyclist wins Yamaha Super Ténéré in AMA membership sweepstakes

    When Bob J. Loguidice of Ramona, Calif., renewed his American Motorcyclist Association membership last February, it earned him the status of AMA Life Member and qualified him for the 2014 American Motorcyclist Association membership sweepstakes. Today, Loguidice won the sweepstakes prize, a 2014 Yamaha Super Ténéré motorcycle, courtesy of Yamaha Motor Corp. U.S.A.
